Poultry Systems
Brooding & Rearing System
Built on the S1000 structural system (3 to 8 tiers), with a complete manure belt cleaning system and hopper or chain feeder system for brooding and rearing cages.
- Adjustable-height water line and water tank

Layer System
The S700 galvanized structural system (3 to 8 tiers) is equipped with a patented whisk aeration system and air ducts.
- Optional manure drying system
- Complete manure belt cleaning system, hopper or chain feeder
- Two water nipples per cage (expandable on request)
- 102mm, speed-adjustable, durable egg belt with soft protective wire
- Egg handling via Salmet elevator and lift systems
- Reinforced feed trough, footrests for upper tiers (up to 90kg load), service cart damage prevention
Breeder System
The PS2800 structural system (2 to 6 tiers) uses compartments designed to maximize hatching and laying performance.
- Side partitions designed for even light distribution
- Optimized feeding system plus nipple drinkers, with fixed and adjustable water lines
- Ensures birds of all sizes can reach the nipple drinkers evenly
- Efficient manure cleaning and Salmet egg collection compatible with all battery types (elevator & lift systems)
Broiler Systems (Battery & Floor-Raised)
The S2400 structural system (2 to 4 tiers) features flip-up or sliding doors and a complete manure belt cleaning system. Higher stocking density allows two additional flocks per year. A floor-raised broiler system is also available.
- Two water nipple pipes per cage (expandable on request)
- Water line height adjuster, two chain feeder lines per cage
- Automatic bird-removal belt available
